“Cristina is an excellent listener. She asked me at the beginning what my objectives were. I outlined what I thought I needed help with--balance, strength, posture, flexibility and endurance. She has designed and kept me on a fitness program suited to my 82 year old body. She gradually introduces new challenges--more reps, higher weight--and makes sure I meet them before adding more. I feel more fit and can notice where my body has gotten stronger, my balance and posture improved, and my knowledge of how my body works and responds increased. I also appreciate her tips on diet, rest and home exercises. And good cultural and sightseeing suggestions too!!”
